Superior Quality NDE Services LLC provides comprehensive Internal Audit Services focused on Nadcap Nondestructive Testing (NDT) audit preparation, helping organizations achieve and maintain Nadcap accreditation with confidence, efficiency, and full compliance to aerospace requirements.

Our audits are conducted by certified Level III and quality professionals experienced in Nadcap, prime contractor, and aerospace quality management system (AQMS) standards. Each internal audit is performed using the applicable Performance Review Institute (PRI) checklists—AC7114 (Base Checklist) and AC7114S (Supplemental Checklist)—along with one NDT method checklist of your choice (e.g., AC7114/1 for Penetrant Testing, AC7114/2 for Magnetic Particle Testing, etc.).

• Comprehensive Internal Audit
  Evaluation of your NDT quality system, procedures, personnel qualifications, and documentation for conformity with Nadcap and customer requirements.
• Gap Analysis & Findings Report
  Identification of nonconformances, observations, and potential improvement areas, with a detailed findings summary and objective evidence references.
• RCCA Guidance & Implementation Support
  Expert assistance in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) formulation to help clients address findings effectively, prevent recurrence, and demonstrate compliance to Nadcap standards.
• Audit Readiness Consultation
  Pre-audit preparation, document review, and coaching to ensure your organization and personnel are ready for the official Nadcap audit.
• Follow-Up Verification (Optional)
  Review of implemented corrective actions to verify effectiveness and closure prior to Nadcap or customer audits.

Service Terms

Pricing includes the base AC7114 checklist, supplemental AC7114S checklist, and one NDT method.
Each additional NDT method will incur an additional fee of $1,000.
If the Aerospace Quality System (AQS) checklist AC7004 is included in the scope, an additional fee of $1,500 will apply.
All audits include RCCA guidance to assist with the closure of any nonconformances identified during the internal audit.
Audit reports, checklists, and supporting documentation are provided directly to the client for traceability and corrective action tracking.
