Responsible Level 3 - One Method

• Procedure Development & Approval
  Development, review, and authorization of NDT procedures, work instructions, and technique sheets to ensure alignment with customer, prime, and regulatory requirements.
• Training & Examination
  Delivery of method-specific classroom or on-the-job training; creation and administration of general, specific, and practical examinations; and verification of training records and qualification compliance per your written practice.
• Personnel Qualification & Certification
  Oversight of qualification processes, certification record approval, and maintenance of NDT personnel files in accordance with NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A requirements.
• Audit & Compliance Support
  Preparation for customer and regulatory audits, participation in on-site or remote audits as required, and support with corrective action responses and documentation.
• Technical Consultation
  Direct technical support for inspection personnel, engineering, and quality departments to ensure proper interpretation and application of method standards and procedures.
• Customer & Prime Interface
  Acting as your company’s authorized Level III representative for all technical communications, procedure approvals, and audit-related correspondence.

Service Terms

This service is offered under a monthly retainer fee, which secures your organization's priority access to SQNDE’s Responsible Level III resources and technical support.
The retainer covers baseline oversight, document control, and availability for consultation.
Additional charges apply for training sessions, examinations, on-site visits, audits, or extensive document development, depending on the scope and level of effort required.
