Responsible Level 3 Services - 2 Methods

Superior Quality NDE Services LLC provides full Responsible Level III (RL3) oversight for two nondestructive testing (NDT) methods in accordance with NAS 410, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, and applicable prime and customer specifications.

As your designated Responsible Level III, SQNDE provides technical direction and compliance assurance across two methods—delivering unified control over your NDT program, personnel qualifications, and audit readiness while maintaining efficiency and consistency throughout your operations.

Our comprehensive RL3 service includes:

• Procedure Development & Approval
  Preparation, review, and authorization of NDT procedures, work instructions, and technique sheets covering both methods to ensure compliance with customer and prime requirements.
• Training & Examination
  Delivery of method-specific training programs for both disciplines, along with development and administration of general, specific, and practical examinations (for both designated methods). Verification of training records and qualification traceability per your written practice.
• Personnel Qualification & Certification
  Oversight of qualification and certification processes for both methods, including exam grading, certification record approval, and ongoing personnel compliance monitoring in accordance with NAS 410 or SNT-TC-1A.
• Audit & Compliance Support
  Internal audit preparation, participation in customer or regulatory audits, and support with corrective actions and compliance documentation across both methods.
• Technical Consultation
  Direct technical assistance for inspection, quality, and engineering personnel, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of codes, standards, and customer specifications.
• Customer & Prime Interface
  Representation of your company as the authorized Level III for all communications, approvals, and audit correspondence involving either method.

Service Terms

This service is offered under a monthly retainer fee, which secures your organization priority access to SQNDE’s Responsible Level III resources and technical support.
The retainer covers baseline oversight, document control, and availability for consultation.
Additional charges may apply for training sessions, examinations, on-site visits, audits, or extensive document development depending on the scope and level of effort required.

The retainer structure ensures that your company receives consistent, reliable access to a certified Level III professional—without the overhead of maintaining a full-time in-house Level III position.
